Trinity Hall Allen brings the feel, atmosphere and friendly service that our
original in Dallas has become known for, up to our friends in Collin County. Chef Oscar Gutierrez,
Roger Dennehy (General Manager) and James Tevnan (Pub Manager) will strive to
surprise our guests with our family friendly, live music playing, full menu
serving, big bar offering, Irish Pub & Restaurant!
What makes us a Pub and not an Irish restaurant? A pub is a place to make
yourself at home in, come and go as you please and sit wherever you are most
comfortable - no bossy seaters telling you where you have to sit! This can be a
little off-putting for the first time visitor, and not everyone enjoys the
approach, but we have found over time that guests get the hang of the
arrangements pretty quickly. We don't take reservations, or call ahead lists, so
we're not the place to plan a formal dinner that has to run on time, we are a
great place to let your friends know you'll be around if they want to stop in
and see you though!
Most restaurants are designed to encourage quick turning tables, guests on the
move and avoiding anyone getting too comfortable, a Pub on the other hand is
built for your comfort. At Trinity Hall Allen there's a range of seating styles
from Banquettes to hard back chairs, low and high tables, smoking and
non-smoking areas, loud active zones and the quieter sections around the
library. It is a seat yourself place so look for the area that best suits your
outlook today and then watch for an open table.
Our servers will keep an
eye out and refresh the table as quickly as possible, if we are not as sharp as
we could be.... don't be afraid to let us know, the best way is with a smile and
greeting!

Trinity Hall Allen offers Live Music, so it can get a little hectic at times.
We'll start with our entertainers with us on Friday & Saturday evenings, then
beginning in January, we'll be hosting Saturday afternoon Session play, Sunday
afternoon family music & dancing, and an open session for any and all to join in
on the 3rd Sunday each month! Music Calendar will show on our shared page with
Dallas - look for the ALLEN tag -
Soccer, Rugby & Local Sports! We're not the best sports bar in town, that would
take many more screens and satellites than we have here, but we do have a great
set up for watching Live Soccer, Rugby & occasionally the best of our local area
teams in action! We'll drop the screens for live matches and then roll them up
when the match is over. If there's a College Bowl game, or The Cowboys are
competing for play-off slot, we'll bring out the screens but when the feeds are
on special packages or sports only channels please check with us before planning
to catch it here.
Happy Hours & Special Events:- Trinity Hall Allen is well laid out to allow
groups to get together and we are delighted to assist you in planning a party.
We offer a range of menus, snacks & appetizers by the platter and a variety of
way to manage the bar service, from Drink Tickets to individual pay own cash
bars. Let us know when and how many guests you'll be entertaining and allow us
to offer some suggestions!
The Pub works to offer reasonable prices all week long, we serve Imperial sized
Pints (20oz) for our draft beer which are generally 25% bigger than your average
US Pint (16oz) Our bar is stocked with over 100 beers from the ever popular
Miller, Bud & Coors light to the exotic & eclectic crafts like Boulevard's
See-You-Later DoppelBock! We have a great collection of draft beers including
Guinness, Harp, Smithwicks, Spaten Lager, Belhaven Scottish Ale, Kronenburg,
Franconia Wheat & Seasonal brews, Stella, Newcastle, Real Ale Coffee Porter,
Crispin Apple Cider, Franzisskhaner Dunkel & Dogfish 60 Minute IPA! When you
visit check to see what new additions have joined the line up this week!
Whiskey drinkers will enjoy the range of Irish, Scotch and American labels
offered. We have started the collection with single malts from throughout the
regions offering a range from peaty & briney to rich & full bodied flavor casked
styles. In short order we'll begin hosting our Whiskey Tasting nights, offering
interested guests an opportunity to taste 6 whiskies side by side while being
led by an industry expert either from the distillery or region of focus!
We are delighted to be
in the great city of Allen, and have had fantastic support from everyone
involved in getting Trinity Hall Allen ready and opened! We are humble enough to
know that not everyone will like every item on our menu, or every beer,
musician, seating arrangement, server or manager that works with us. We will
however strive to make every guest's visit enjoyable if given the chance,
