   This is a family-friendly, fun event for all especially Grandparents & grandkids!  There is no cover charge nor reservations available for this portion of the day, come and go at your leisure.     Regular Menu service offered until 6PM, Bar service available until 7 PM

Guests planning to continue their evening after 7:30 PM with us will need to have bought a table for our NYE Dinner & Entertainment program.

#2  Dinner & Entertainment 7:30 PM - 2 AM

Join us from 7:30 PM on tables will be sat upon arrival, no pre-selection of tables is possible due to configuration changes throughout the month. However, we will have a variety of sizes and layouts of tables, and the best selection is available when seating opens. (We set tables per reservation list five tables for 2 guests, 4 tables for 4 guests, etc.. When you arrive you may select from available tables for your size party)

 Remember, its your table for the evening so there is no need to rush into eating, relax a little while or let your server know what your pace will be. This year we will be offering five courses, rather than four from previous year's menus. So, take your time, enjoy a great meal and have fun with the other guests!

Starter    Shrimp Cocktail

A special treat to begin the evening,

3 large shrimp with zesty aoili

Soup        Root Vegetable Soup

Cup of winter root vegetable soup,

finished with fresh cream & herb garni

Salad        Winter Salad

Bitter greens tossed with tart fruit & tannic nuts

all designed to prepare your palette for Entrees to follow!

Split Rack of Lamb

Paired tender lamb chops served with potatoes & vegetables

Filet Mignon

A Classic Steak, Black Angus Beef, fired to order for your preferred temperature,

served with our mushroom demi-glace,  potatoes, black eyed peas & vegetables

Filet of Salmon

Started on the grill, the filet receives a nice cross-hatching char branding, served with delicate citrus creme sauce to allow the delicious Salmon to shine! With boiled creamer potatoes & vegetables.

Roast Chicken

Its the last meal of the year, and if its going to be chicken lets make it great! Bone-in, 1/2 roast chicken with crispy skin, herb dusting & pan gravy with potatoes & vegetables.

Sweet    Chef's Holiday Dessert

With Chocolate, Chocolate, Berries & Chocolate!

Our $99 per person package includes 3 drinks, Dinner, Drinks, Entertainment & Tip and reserved table per party for the evening!  Seating available from 7:30 PM on and tables will be offered on a first come first sat basis.  A reservation does not guarantee a specific table or seating assignment. (Dietary restricted guests can be accommodated with additional preparation time. Our culinary brigade can make Chicken, Salmon, Pasta or Vegetarian dishes upon request)

ENTERTAINMENT 9:30 PM

Trinity Hall Dallas is proud to welcome back our good friends Seamus Stout  & Jeff Phillips will lead the entertainment in Allen

as we celebrate the arrival of  the new year!

We don't try to squeeze too much in to the evening, and only offer a single seating so, once you buy your table its yours for the night!

Arrive anytime after 7:30 PM, Send your Dinner Order to the kitchen anytime before 9:00PM and the table is yours until the end of the evening!

DINNER PLANS ALREADY? 

JOIN US FOR THE BAR ONLY PACKAGE (After 9 PM)

Guests may join us for bar only service without guaranteed seating for bar only service.  We will charge a $30 door fee after 9 PM for those without dinner reservations. This cover charge will include 3 drink tickets & party favors However, table seating will be reserved exclusively for our dinner patrons. Admittance and bar seating offered on an availability basis only.

Other Notes About Our Party!

CHAMPAGNE TOAST? There is NO champagne toast included with dinner. WHY? We don't force guests to drink champagne, guests may redeem drink tickets for a glass of sparkling or 4 tickets for a bottle of Sparkling Wine if they care to!)

ENTERTAINMENT?: Seamus Stout returns again as our live entertainment in Dallas. Jeffery Phillips Takes The Stage in Allen!

BAR ONLY / No Dinner Price?: Guests may join us on a space available basis by paying the cover charge of $ 30~ which include 3 Beer, Wine or Well drink tickets. All table seating is reserved for our dinner package guests, bar only patrons are invited to join us at Bar counter, drink rails & high top tables. Bar Only Seating will be limited to bar stools and stand up rail service areas. No reservations nor pre-purchase can be taken for the Bar-Only package. Admittance at the door will be based on space availability, come early to avoid disappointment. Trinity Hall reserves the right of admission. Very limited food service offered after dinner program has been served.

PRE-PAID DINNER RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED

We cannot guarantee large party arrangements unless booked and confirmed as a group. We only have a few areas that can accommodate parties of 9 or more, so please gather your group early to avoid displacement. We will make every effort to seat groups in close proximity but seating will be offered on a first come first served basis.
