December 5th: - We're open and looking forward to serving you!

          After last minute flurry of inspections, and corrections, and adding some signs and tweaking the bric a brac, we poured our first pint for profit, on December 5th! We've had a grand time adding the small touches that make a pub a pub rather than a bar / restaurant, some will be obvious to the guest where others may only get noticed after a visit or two!

          Jeffery Phillips opened the stage and entertained guests as we wrestled with an uncooperative computer system, and the kitchen went into full swing! It was great to have so many of our friends and family with us this first evening, assisting and explaining to first time guests & staff how the place works!.
